𝟭. Where are you from and what are your hobbies?

I'm from Hannover, Germany. My hobby is my job: musician

But I like to go to the stadium to watch football and of course I like to spend time with my 2 children.

𝟮. How did your get into music?

I've been around 11 and I'm a fan of rock and metal music.

I went to concerts and bought a lot of records from my favorite bands. When I was 18 I got my first guitar and then it started. My brother was a singer in a metal band and the band's guitarist was giving lessons. After 2 years I was the guitarist in the band because the other guitarist left.

𝟯. Who are your biggest influences?

I grew up with the New Wave of British Heavy Metal. My favorite bands were Iron maiden, Judas Priest and Saxon. But I also enjoyed listening to Accept, Helloween and Scorpions. Dream Theater, Korn, Sevendust and Slipknot were later added. Al di Meola, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Paco de Lucia and Andy Mckee also have me as a guitarist.

4. What are your goals in the music industry?

I have no set goals. My only goal is to find people who like my music. The way there remains to be seen.

5. If you could choose a location to perform at, what would it be?

When I released another album in 2021 after 15 years, I told a friend for fun that being part of Rock in Rio would be cool.

6. What is your all-time favorite song?

That is hard to say. There are many songs and tastes change over time. But one song that showed me in which direction my music could go was "Pull me under" by Dream Theater.

7. Most embarrassing moment?

My most special moment as a musician was when I played with a guitar that was out of tune at a gig. Since I haven't heard much about the monitor, I unfortunately didn't notice it.

8. Proudest accomplishment?

My last album is my proudest moment. After such a long time I noticed that I had developed musically and now I have the impression that I can express myself better through the music. My songs sound more mature and complete. I hope that I can improve that.

9. What is something about you that might surprise someone who knows you the best?

I am actually very cautious and always try to stay calm when there is an argument or discussion. But when I record my songs and things don't work the way I want them to, I quickly become uncontrolled and freak out.

𝟭𝟬. What is your dream collaboration?

Actually there is no such thing. I'm more of a musical loner because I want to control everything in music. But I'd love to do something with a drummer like Manu Katche or a bass player like Stu Hamm.
