1. Tell us a little about where you are from and what you are currently doing.

I am from Rome, Italy. I work as an engineer but my passion is always for music. I compose and play every track.

2. What inspired you to start playing and making music?

I’ve been always listening to music since I was a child. Every kind of music but especially classical and metal. I start composing and publishing in 2023 as I didn’t have time before. All my family is somehow involved in this project. One of my daughters helped me with second voice for two of my tracks.

𝟯. Who are your biggest influences?

My major influence in music is by Mozart and Metallica. The first and the second are not in opposition as it could seem, both are for complex and creative music.

4. What are your goals in the music industry?

I would like to practice it as a second job, or maybe in the future as the main occupation. The biggest problem is always time, it’s always too short.

5. Tell us about your creative process when you make new music.

The music comes out in my brain by itself, I only spend my effort to put it down on paper and play it!

6. What is your all-time favorite song?

It is very hard to find an only favorite music track. I could say maybe Master of Puppets by Metallica.

7. What is the best advice you have either given or received in terms of music?

Never give it up, take your patience and use it to go on step by step. Always put your feelings in everything you do or plan to do. What is impossible today can become reality tomorrow.

8. Proudest accomplishment?

To have composed a metal ballad named “Amarti”. This composition process started like it was a game, never thought to publish it and still now every time I listen to it I feel proud and also surprised about the final result. Radio song.

9. Just for fun! What’s been your most embarrassing moment so far?

To see that you can compose the best masterpiece in the world but no one gets aware of it in the wide ocean of Spotify. So promotion is essential and NAS community really helps on that.

𝟭0. Tell us about your lowest and highest points in music so far.

My lowest point was when I decided to stop studying music and still now I’m not sure why I did that. My highest point has been when I published my first track Aurora.

I agree about the promotion thing… Thinking about how much music is out there can be overwhelming. It is almost like.we are one voice screaming into the wind sometimes. Hang in there brother! I am grateful for NAS as well!

Fascinating that classical and metal are your two favourite genres. I get more inspiration from Bach than anyone else of late. I find the choice of image very… illuminating. πŸ‘οΈ

Wow Bekruud, cool to meet you! What an incredible journey from Rome to rocking out with a mix of Mozart and Metallica! It’s amazing how you balance engineering with your passion for music, and it’s so cool that your family is part of your creative process. β€˜Amarti’ sounds like a gem, and I can totally relate to the struggle of getting noticed on Spotify. ! Love your name . How do you pronounce it? I’m guessing “Be Crude” lol πŸ˜‚. Hope I’m right, please correct me if I’m wrong. I also have a problem with time management, I think we all do.I’m a full time musician/actor/entertainer etc. but still don’t have enough time for everything. It must be really difficult to keep up doing music part-time and working another job. Keep pushing forward, your story is truly inspiring and I can’t wait to hear more of your tracks! πŸ’™β™Œ Show Less
